Masaki Tsuji

Masaki Tsuji (March 23, 1932-) is a scenario writer of Japanese TV series including anime, films, and mystery novels. During the 1960s to 80s, he was active in Toei Animation adapting with the works of Osamu Tezuka and Go Nagai.
