Eagle Panther had a large pair of wings in place of arms, talons on her legs, a large harpy eagle-like head with a beak and small winged ears.

Eagle Panther was shown to be a cunning and loyal Panther Claw member following Sister Jill's orders without question.
Abilities[]
Other than flight she could emit tornadoes by flapping her wings, use x-ray vision, and shoot melting feathers from her wings.
