Kiwi Honey is a mascot character created by Go Nagai on the financial newspaper Nikkei MJ to promote Zespri Kiwi Fruits. The character is modeled after the original Cutey Honey character who after eating one of the kiwi fruits immeadiately transforms into a work uniform and can fly. The character was played by Satomi Ishihara for a live-action ad. A short manga ad also ran on Yomiuri Shimbun paper that displayed Kiwi's Honey's transformation.
