Masaki Segawa is a manga artist from the Fukuoka Prefecture known for his adaptations of Futaro Yamada's novels including Basilisk (The Koga Ninja Scrolls).

Aside from Yamada's Ninpocho adaptations, he has done two one-shot manga based on some of the works by Dynamic Productions such as Enma vs Dororon Enma-kun Gaiden and Honey VS.

- Interestingly Jason Thompson's review of The Yagyu Ninja Scrolls stated Segawa's artwork as reminiscent of Go Nagai, years before he illustrated the Enma or Honey manga.[1]
